# What happens if my package is returned to sender?

Packages may be returned due to:

- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Delivery refusal
- Carrier unable to access location

If your order is returned to us:

- We will notify you.
- We can reship it once the correct address is confirmed.
- Additional shipping charges may apply.

If you prefer a refund instead of reshipment, please let us know and we’ll review your request.
