My package says 'delivered' but I didn't receive it.

We recommend:

1. Checking around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, building office).

2. Confirming the shipping address on your order.

3. Checking with neighbors or household members.

Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered up to 24 hours before final drop-off.  If you still cannot locate your package after 24 hours, please contact us and we will help initiate a carrier trace.
