How do I track my order 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

To track your order:

1. Open your shipping confirmation email.

2. Click the tracking link provided.

3. You’ll be redirected to the carrier’s tracking page for real-time updates.

If you created an account at checkout, you can also log in to your Kikwetu account to view your order status.

If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
