# How do I change my payment method?

To update your payment details:

1. Log into your account.
2. Select your subscription.
3. Update your payment method.
4. Save changes.

If your payment fails, you’ll receive an email notification prompting you to update your information.  Subscriptions with failed payments will not ship until payment is successfully processed.
